DIRECTV: I am a long-time viewer of (station, city). I have now been denied my station for over 6 months. As a customer of yours, I am writing to demand that my station be returned to my line-up without further delay. And I hope you keep in mind that I have options. I've been considering switching providers, or simply cutting the cord. With such indifference from you - no communication, no offered rebate - maybe now's the time for me to act.
